Meet Our FOUNDER/Director

Erica Langley, Pastor and Founder/Executive Director of Metamorphosis International Enterprises, Inc. (MIE) established in 2011 has served Hampton Roads Virginia communities and assemblies for over a decade through her 501 C3 nonprofit organization MIEINC. Erica received her pastoral affirmation (2012) and ordination (2021) through Despico International Ministries

and is a certified ordained minister with the state of Virginia.

Erica holds a B.S. in Behavioral Science from Bluefield College and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Walden University. She is a Licensed Mental Health Professional and a trauma-informed service provider with over 15 years of social services experience. Erica is a clinical resident at Teachable Moments Therapy Group, LLC, where she specializes in trauma, family, and women's issues. She is also an entrepreneur serving individuals and families in need of coaching, stabilization,  and hope via Realizing You LLC DBA Erica P. Langley Coaching & Supportive Services. 

As a Licensed Clinical Social Work Resident, Coach, Educator, and Catalyst for Change, Erica humbly serves wherever she is planted. Her sincerest desire is to bring glory to her Heavenly Father serving the betterment of mankind.
